The automotive domain is a very good candidate for energy management, particularly due to the huge amounts of lost by heat through exhaust and water-cooling systems. This makes optimization vehicle cooling modules directly related consumption carbon dioxide emission. In this context, contemporary designs that employ diffusers between forward-facing an automobile its exchanger subjected airflow are presented in work. ultimate aim reduce fuel emissions vehicles. Based on aforementioned design, intensity air velocity would be decreased but distributed over larger surface. Consequently, non-uniformity upstream decrease therefore, thermal performance increase. above-mentioned conclusion result parametric numerical analysis associated results disclosed enhancement water-air performance. To perform new suggested configurations, computational code was developed validated estimate known set parameters. It shown automobile, with engine power ranging from 100–200 kW utilized three hours day equipped diffuser, reduction up 2.91 kg (3.89 L) gasoline 9.51 CO2 emission can achieved per day. originality present work resides use vehicles, modeling exchanger’s along code, performed prove potential modules.
